The location of the apartment is so cool, there is a metro station near the apartment (5 mins walking), there is a lot of grocery shop near, all you need you can find it there, the view from the balcony is so amazing. I recommend this apartment to stay in if you want to visit Barcelona and live among the local people.

  4. Positive: Lo amplio del departamento. 4 piezas muy amplias, la cocina genial y una terraza espectacular. Negative: La ubicación, aunque estaba un poco retirado, había dos buses que nos dejaban en el centro.

  7. Very good stay, clear communication. Spacious flat. Cool balcony. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. Convenient distance from Camp Nou 15min metro or 25min walk and at the same time not far from the airport.

  10. The apartment was just as described and pictured. It was a safe and comfortable stay. A bonus was the wash machine! I usually wouldn’t need to do laundry on vacation but after 6 days on the road, having it was just great. We were able to check in late and really appreciated this. Thank you.

  22. Positive: lokalizacja-blisko do metra i sklepów , ilość pomieszczeń, 2 łazienki , dobrze wyposażona kuchnia Negative: Wymaga odświeżenia ( mały remont) oraz mogłoby być bardziej czysto. Obie szafki z kieliszkami były tajemniczo zamknięte na klucz , wino piliśmy w szklankach ale to drobiazg .

  25. Positive: Hemos estado bien en general, pasamos poco tiempo en el apartamento, así que para ducharse, dormir y comer algo está bien. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento porque es algo anticuado. Comunicación fluida y rápida con los encargados. No encontramos el secador de pelo y el mismo día nos proporcionaron uno. Está a pocos minutos andando del metro y nos hemos podido mover muy cómodamente por la ciudad, aunque de noche no nos sentimos muy seguros en el trayecto hasta el apartamento, será porque no conocíamos los alrededores. Negative: Nada en particular, en sí es un apartamento que hace su función para estar fuera unos días y cumplió con nuestras necesidades de grupo para pasar unos días en Barcelona.

  26. Had a great stay at this place for 7 days, four people total. The building is super easy to find and getting up to the third floor is also super easy. Prior to check-in, our host was super responsive to questions and provided a direct contact, who we were able to keep up to date on our arrival time and who provided instructions and info upon arrival. The neighborhood is really quiet with a nice plaça directly outside. Definitely very residential. The only con for this is the distance to the more central areas of Barcelona (like the Gothic Quarter) is more noticeable -- it's about a 10 minute walk to the station and then another 30-40 mins on the metro. Would definitely stay here again!!! worth the price.

  30. El apartamento está estupendo, da para 6 personas ampliamente (2 camas de pareja y 2 individuales) en 4 habitaciones separadas y 2 baños. Todo estaba en buen estado de uso, y arreglado/reformado con buen gusto. La única salvedad es que uno de los dormitorios da a la calle y el aislamiento no es gran cosa y si eres de los que te molesta el ruido... El barrio no es turístico, sino más bien residencial obrero, pero muy tranquilo y seguro. No hay gran cosa para hacer por allí, pero está realmente cerca y bien comunicado con Barcelona centro. Recomendable 100%

  35. Bellissimo appartamento con vista sulla piazza. Arredamento molto bello e funzionale. Cucina ben attrezzata . Valore aggiunto il terrazzino dove ci si può rilassare. Due bagni funzionali. Le camere con letti comodi. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Supermercato a pochi metri. Sicuramente se torniamo a Barcelona lo riprenotiamo.

  37. Pros- Nice residential area close to the train station (8 mins) Ac in every room which was great. There’s a few supermarkets around the area which are open until 11. Balcony view is exactly how shown in the pictures. Spacious place. Cons- church bells are extremely loud if you’re trying to sleep in, the kitchen dishes weren’t cleaned properly, sink and the shower wouldn’t drain water properly. Door lock is hard to open took us a few tries to get it. Ps: the neighbours were drilling things in the morning during our stay. Things to know: neighbour’s require us to stay quiet after 10. The walk to the closest metro station goes through a bridge with quite a few stairs.

  49. A szállás nagyon jó volt. Gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Jó az elhelyezkedése, kis sétával metró és buszok is elérhetőek. A késői érkezés felár nem volt szimpatikus, a repülő érkezését és a bejutást nem tudom befolyásolni.

  52. Very nice apartment, with good access to the metro (5 mins walk) and supermarkets. The balcony was perfect for eating outside, with a nice view across to a fountain and church. The apartment had all of the necessary appliances, crockery etc to make a very pleasant stay. The bedrooms were a good size, and the beds comfortable. We booked car parking for the period we were there, and it was also possible to park for a few hours right outside the apartment - handy for loading and unloading. The metro station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and from there, all of the city is within easy reach. Check-in was straightforward, with Hilda meeting us at the property and explaining all we needed to know.

  57. Upon arrival in Barcelona it was very easy to get to the apartment. It is close to airport, a little far from the city center, in a very peaceful location. Monica responded quickly and sincerely to any of our questions. A quite large, well-organized and safe apartment, for families with children and large groups. Cleaning was excellent. It deserves the price paid. I would like to thank Monica and Apkeys for the quality service they provide.

Convenient location, walkable distance from shops, restaurants & train station, right next to bus stop, good spacious layout of apartment, bring your own amenities (shower gel, toilet rolls), good sized balcony, basic kitchen utensils, nice cozy decorations in the apartment. Check in needs to arrange with staff in advance.
